A sneak peek of features coming soon to Clarity Professional

Clarity Professional is continually being enhanced in order to provide customers with new features, greater control over their sales and the potential for maximum growth. At all times our development focuses on:
  • Logical and simplified user interface
  • Putting the user in control by increased flexibility
  • Enhancing functionality
  • Interfacing with other business functions
Recent feedback from customers has identified that one of the largest areas of frustration when using Clarity is the need for frequent software reactivation. This is required when any significant changes take place to a user's PC hardware, when optional modules need to be transferred to another user or at the end of each rental contract.

To address each of these issues the next release of Clarity Professional will include a much simplified activation system that will utilise the web to activate Clarity automatically without the need for a phone call to our offices. This new process will give users greater flexibility and speed of service. New orders for system and module licences will also be available for use by you the user, as soon as orders are signed and processed.

Futhermore, this release will contain enhancements to the Marketing module; providing users with visibility of all historical marketing activity for each contact in the database, with the Lead Source being the true reflection of the first point of client or prospect contact.
