Customer Referral Scheme
Get rewarded for telling your friends about Clarity Professional
You must know customers, suppliers, partners or associates who would benefit from using Clarity. These will be companies:-
- Who ask you what software you are using
- Who use spreadsheets to run their business
- Using a mixture of segregated systems
- Who insist on ordering verbally
- Who send their orders through without accurate detail
We are now giving you the tools to bring the benefits of Clarity to your business community and at the same time generate revenue for yourself.
By recommending Clarity to your business contacts you can earn commission in the form of cash or service credits**
All sales have a cash value reward for your business. You can use the cash to purchase additional licences OR choose DOUBLE the value and buy services.
This Scheme is FREE to all Clients
Getting started couldn't be simpler. Sign up to the Scheme and copy and paste one of our banners or links into your website. When someone clicks the banner
they are automatically forwarded to our website and tagged as your referral. We will handle the entire sales process and you can monitor the progress via your
online reseller account. Simple!
How to join the Referral Scheme
The Referral Scheme is currently only available to existing Clarity customers:-
- Sign into the 'Customer Login' on the Clarity Website
- Select 'Join the Customer Referral Scheme' from the available options
- Fill in your Name and Email Address and submit the sign up form
- Add a link to Clarity on your website (a range of banners are provided)
- Tell as many people as possible about Clarity to help build the community
- Email to all your contacts pointing them through to the link on your website
Once you have set up a link from your website to ours your Reference Code will be sent to us with every click-through enquiry from your site.
You can even submit the contact details of your clients on our website for us to follow up.
When the client places an order for Clarity and we raise an invoice, plus every subsequent order they place with us, will add to your account for you to claim or
spend at any time you like.
Commission in the form of Cash and Credit
The 'My Referrals' page can be used to claim Cash or Credits. If claiming Cash, we will give you a cheque based on the commission earned from a sale at 5% of the Sales Value*.
This amount will be paid within 7 days of receipt of your emailed claim request AND your invoice for the amount claimed.
If you want to convert your Commission to a Credit we will DOUBLE the value of your commission against the provision of Clarity Services**
* If the user rents their software, we equate the 'Sales Value' from the equivalent retail value of the software
** Clarity Services include, configuration time, training, workshops, report writing, calc-wizard development
