 Activities Module
The Activities module keeps Contact Notes and diary events for the entire business for simple reference by all. Activities such as sales calls, customer and supplier notes, meetings and ToDo events can all be stored with optional reminders that pop-up on screen. Events and Notes can also be linked to Jobs such that it is very simple to hyper-link to the relevant Job directly from the Activity screen.- Organise your tasks in a networked diary
- Link Activities to Contacts and Jobs, and set up ‘pop-up’ reminders for yourself or others
- Diary view shows daily, weekly and monthly activities
- Add job notes allowing you to keep a log of all correspondence
