 Shop Floor Data Collection
The Shop Floor Data Collection module is an additional stand alone application. It allows users on the Shop Floor of the production area to log their production times using a simple interface. All work logged instantly updates the Job Card and Job status across the whole system. Actual production times are stored and can be compared against Estimated production times.- By using Clarity you can record real-time data, keeping information bang up-to-date
- Once you Start and Completed a task, scan the barcode against the job card and the production and job scheduling immediately becomes updated instantly
- Gives you the ability to record exactly how long each operation takes with actual times. These times can be re-adjusted in future estimate operation times accordingly.
