Services

To ensure a smooth and successful transition to Clarity, we always recommend installation and training is performed by approved Touch Systems engineers.

Touch Systems provide the following services to ensure a successful installation of Clarity software at a customer's premises. The amount of time required for each service is different from installation to installation, but due to the software being very easy to use, customer acceptance and understanding is usually quick. The nature of providing software for business processes does demand thorough installation and training in order for the installation to be successful.

Once a customer is up and running with Clarity, an on-going standard support contract provides a range of support services including unlimited telephone and email support. Please review the Support Contracts page for more information including costs and details of chargeable exclusions.

The following chargeable services include:

Installation Planning (optional and recommended)

• This involves the preparation of a thorough document to draw out all aspects and relevant considerations of the business process in order to provide a first class installation, first time. This document is shared with the customer and it details the expectancy of both parties approaching an installation.

System Installation

• Installation of the software by qualified installation engineers. Configuration of all aspects of the software to tailor the system to the business process detailed in the Installation Plan and through thorough discussion with the users.

Data Translations

• You may have data in another system that you would like to use in Clarity. It is probable that this data can be read to Clarity. We offer this import as a service only if it is technically possible to retrieve the data from your data source. We can advise whether this is possible following a discussion, which may lead to a trial data transfer.

Training

• Training in all aspects of the Clarity Professional software and optional modules supplied.

Report Writing

• There are over 200 standard reports supplied as standard within the software. It is possible to write reports that are bespoke and specific to an installation. This is a common request and we subsequently offer bespoke report writing services.
