Training Opportunities

We understand that training is extremely valuable to increase staff performance and build confidence. When implementing a new system it can be disruptive and costly but with the right training it can save time and money in the long term. Training can be purchased at any time and we always recommend that some training is undertaken when a new system is installed.

Training Workshops

A series of targeted workshops have been designed to provide the user with the skills to make the most out of Clarity and subsequently to reap the maximum benefits from their investment. These workshops are held at our training facility in Solihull on Fridays. The workshops are charged at a pay per delegate rate and last approximately 3-4 hours, with a maximum of 8 per workshop. The available workshops are:-

• Clarity Overview
• Clarity CRM
• Clarity Sales & Order Processing
• Clarity Stock & BOM
• Clarity Production
• Clarity Basic Report Building
• Clarity Advanced Report Building

Please be aware that you may share your training session with attendees from other companies.

The cost for any workshop is £125 + VAT per delegate

Bespoke Training

If you would like something more bespoke we can run courses here at Touch Systems on Tuesdays. This training would be designed for your company only and to your requirements.

The cost for this is £450 + VAT per day

On-Site Training

We also provide On-Site training. This is beneficial if you have a large number of staff you would like to train. We can offer the same workshops that are run at the Touch Systems Office or something more bespoke depending on your requirements.

The cost for this is £550 + VAT per day

Remote / Telephone-based Training

Another option to consider is our telephone and web-based training. This is suitable for those who have a limited number of colleagues requiring training. This option is bespoke and specific to your needs. The trainer uses secure remote connection software, allowing both the trainer and trainee to view the same screen and share keyboard and mouse control.

The cost for this is £70 + VAT per hour
